The District Clerk is elected for a four year term and is called on to assure that the affairs of the 121st Judicial District Court are maintained objectively with full confidence of judicial authorities. The District Clerk shall carefully maintain and arrange the records relating to or lawfully deposited in the clerk's office. The clerk is a registrar, recorder and custodian of all documents that are part of criminal and civil actions.
