How do I do a Line Item Transfer?
The line item transfers are presented in Commissioners' Court each Monday for approval. If you would like to request a line item transfer, it must be received by the Auditor's Office on the Friday morning preceding the next court session. Please complete the Line Item Transfer Form completely including the reason for the transfer of funds.

Departmental budgets:
Department budgets are submitted to Commissioner’s Court for approval during the annual budget preparation period. Copies of the County budget are available in the Auditor’s Office.
